I really wanted to play today, but I twisted my ankle a week or more ago and it seemed to recover and is now getting worse.
It hurt every day for a week after I twisted it mostly for the first few days and then only in the mornings but it seemed to totally go away until after I played again.
It's so frustrating, I really wanted to play since I have great enthusiasm for getting to know my combination style game and was invited to play today but couldn't as I was limping around all day. I can't put my weight on my ankle.
What should I do? I have a swimming pool, it still hurts if I paddle with my foot. I think I will go for a swim now and just keep up my fitness not using my foot at all.
