So many things to say or should say write that have happened since I last did a blog entry. The most interesting personally is that I changed my backhand rubber to bryce speed fx so there should be an indepth comparison review coming up shortly titled something like Butterfly Tenergy vs Butterfly Bryce Speed FX. On a less personal note I have taken one of the biggest plunges to date in regards to Table Tennis Equipment. I am very excited that there will soon be a great amount of blades in stock for quick delivery around Australia. Not just for the Tenergy Club Shop but the chance to do more indepth comparison reviews personally on some of the best blades ever. Primorac Carbon Schlager Carbon Michael Maze ALC Timo Boll Spirit Timo Boll ALC Tenergy Club will be offering our Australian members the cheapest price I can afford for these just as I do with the table tennis rubbers. Currently I am thinking of having them on sale for about $125. Which about 40% off the RRP Butterfly Australia price. Most of them will be in flared with a some in Straight and a couple in Anatomic handles. I really am looking forward to being able to review them in great depth! Ok enough about that Boz

Why not add the Ishlion?
I have a Timo Boll Spirit Blade. It is relatively heavy compare to the Ishlion and I prefer light paddles. I think I have seen post where Boz says he has had many Ishlions so why not compare it too? I would be interested in other light blades too.
i need to buy a good ping pong paddle
I like lighter too, I will with out a doubt compare everything back to my ishlion, I have wanted to stock it in my shop but it is a very expensive blade, most people would not spend that much on a blade. I dont need to buy a good ping pong paddle for a very long time.
And I am starting to try to steer clear of Butterfly table tennis equipment if I can because I am having moral issues with their marketing practises.
Yes there products are great quality but blades I find more substitutable than tenergy 05.

Some of us have more money than skill. ( remember me? )
For many of us playing keeps us healthy and money isn't the main issue, exercise and health is. Ping pong keeps me agile, burns carbs and healthy you can't put a price on that. If it is fun I will continue to play ping ping.

tt blade comparison
The Michael Maze which I briefly tried was my favorite because it was the slowest but without a doubt the spinniest and also had tons of power. Next was the timo bolls which I couldn't tell the difference between in all honesty, the alc felt like it had a bit better finish. Then my next favorite blade was the primorac because it was huge on power and speed but not as insane as the schlager carbon. The schlager is really just for schlager him self with toooooooooo much speed and weight for mere mortals.
In the end if I played my game I would choose the Michael Maze for my style of spinny loops and if I wanted to play a more power game go for the primorac.
The primorac also was the lightest out of the bunch so I would choose that first.
