My thoughts are 05 way more durable same speed s1 has less spin but not much s1 cheaper and has way lower throw angle.
please add any coments.

I think you said all there is to say about that comparison. I have tried both and agree. Acuda s1 I found I could use with out changing anything. Well maybe just stroke up a little more because it is lower throwing.

I also didnt change my stroke. I think s1 is a definate keeper. I also use s3 on my bh it is also a great rubber i would put it between donic baracuda and donic desto f3 big slam.

How much is this range of table tennis rubbers? Where do you buy them from? As I said I have tried them and found them easy to use, not sure if I will convert to them by buying a sheet. Maybe further down the track. I am interested in how they compare to hexer which I tried a long time ago and is probably cheaper now.

I own s1 s3 and a old sheet of 05(got s1 to replace t05) the baracuda bigslam and hexer i have barrowed to see how they play. Alot of people at the club I play at switched to donic baracuda from t05 s1 and s3 are $40us dollars t05 is now $73.99 megaspin.net not sure on prices on others HEXER 2.1 Plays with a very high arc comparable to t05 but just didnt seem consistant like t05 I did not like hexer for away from table but when I play our club lp chopper I was able to lift underspin very well it just didnt suit my game. I had trouble with smashing also s1 is my favorite I would like to try a bunch (boost tc xiom vega pro,dhs neo ....)Just dont have the money so i will stick with s1 s3 on butterfly viscaria blade I used had t05 for about 7 months so i hope this set up will play that long.

I hated barracuda, found it almost as hard to use as traditional Chinese. vega pro is quite similar to tenergy 05 but still not close enough for me.
I am suprised your views on hexer are exactly the same as mine. It is an unpredictable kind of rubber and my friend who just bought one has been cursing using it.
If I haven't already said this: welcome to the club and hope you blog anything about table tennis here. This site was/is "tenergy club" but I want it to be more like table tennis chat: anything about table tennis and your game. The site changes a bit, the content stays. It has been a year so far and I feel the site is pretty well established around the place now.
