With the increase in pricing for Butterfly goods in general, and specifically the Tenergy line, it's become more and more desirable to buy in bulk in order get better value for money. However we can't simply go out and buy fifty sheets of Tenergy and expect them to play fine when we get down to the last one... can we? I'm hoping someone on Tenergy05.com would be able to shed some light on the best way to perform bulk purchases and afterwards store them. Do there exist optimal storage conditions, lighting, even an expiry date? Have you noted a playing difference between your first and last rubber of the order, even when stored in perfect conditions? All this seems more important than ever before to know, particularly since I'm now myself considering buying in bulk to cut down on the exorbitant price of buying one Tenergy by itself!

storing rubber
Good point, for those who have used and tried many rubbers and want to save in the future by not trying others anymore and sticking to what they think is best.
That is me. :)
I have the perfect storage space for all my equipment, 4 shelves 2 big doors, a small netted, glass louver window at the top, on the side of the house that never gets hit by sun. That is all you want: no sunlight, no heat, good ventilation.
I have never noticed differences in the batch and I have bought in bulk and it goes for more than just tenergy rubbers.
The only catch is that there is more chemical in rubbers that came straight out the factory. If that is what you want then buy one at a time. Or save yourself the hassle and put the chemical in yourself.

No difference but more chemicals?
If you've never noticed a difference, yet older rubbers have less of these chemicals in them, then what do the chemicals do?
Would a couple of layers of speedglue not override this anyway?

Speed glue layer
Even a thin layer of glue would override any older generation rubber made. I honestly notice very little difference between a sheet from a store and I have kept 6 months. I don't keep tenergy more than that since it sells fast than anything else.
Besides I just stocked up when I was in Hong Kong.
